I've discovered that if I have 5 horizontal surfaces, then I will have 5 things going at once. It may appear pure madness. But those who've met me know how serious and rational I am.

Here's what mine usually looks like between builds. I have added a few more draw space items to the mix to help keep it organized and uncluttered.

John and Steve- I don't know how you guys can work in a space like this. It would drive me up a wall.

Nice work area Mark.

There's a saying in German: "Those who maintain order are just too lazy to search"

That being said, I must say that my bench is in a rather extraordinary state right now. Needless to say, I haven't really worked there in a few months. For "dry" stuff I use my desk, which has more natural light and is closer to badly needed references :P

I think I know where stuff is on a more instinctive level

Except for the Black Dog Hellcat stowage. That has been missing for a while...

Hi
I'm forever putting parts of started kits/builds into Recycled Takeaway Food tubs ( Plastic type with lid). ;)
Got so many that I've had to start labelling them as I couldn't find the 1 I wanted.

Well I have plucked up the courage to show my work spaces, as I don't have a dedicated room, extension, attic or man cave :(

The stash is being overhauled at present due to lack of shelving, so when I get some shelving I will post photos of the stash too ;)
Perhaps on its own blog, we had a stash blog at MA, I remember.

Here is mine, its the small third bedroom in the house, which is nice and I am grateful for, toasty warm in the winter! But I am really really running out of space

These photos were taken a few months ago so the shelf contents have changed quite significantly
