Week from hell behind me!

Post by Steve Reid »

Got home at 4:30pm today. In the last 14 days, 39 hours of overtime (At the "day job")

I know that for some of you that is nothing but I am not as young as I used to be! :D

This weekend the weather is expected to be gorgeous and I have nothing on the agenda except a few molds that need to be made.

As soon as I got home I ordered a Pizza for dinner and had a drink....Ahhhhhh! :D

I am looking forward to the next 48 hours like I would normally look forward to a week of vacation. Yeeeee Haaa!

Ouch  And all of this combined with the other thing you mentioned? Double ouch

If it's any consolation, you're not the only one who's been through a rough spot recently. Enjoy the weekend my friend, you earned it! :)

Hey Steve,

Hope you had a great weekend, if it's any consolation I just finished my vacation, fought with Kidney Stones just about the whole 2 weeks, finally passed the stone Friday, back to work today.

Regards,

Rod

Did you get any modeling done over the weekend?

We all were wondering where you disappeared to. 8-)

Hey Shawn-
I got some modelling done. I spend 2-3 hours in my workshop on the typical day and 4-6 each day on the weekends. That's all the time! :D

The thing is, most of that time is casting. After that commercial modeling "work", then modeling and casting for friends some of which may end up in a magazine so I can't show that stuff. Lastly- I do my own stuff! :D

The last time I did something purely for me was some progress on the T-34 STZ that I was working on when the MA forum went down---- so like late May, first week in June?

Everything I do related to modeling- I love doing! Can't say much of it would be of interest to PA members though? You know - when I am here, I am here to hang out with my "tank friends" and leave the business part behind.

:D Good times definitely!

Bottom line- By Sunday night, refreshed and ready to get back to the grind!
