Well ....some interesting choices there Fellas.
Vlad's psychobilly slammer gets my award for best name What in old Rugby Club days we would have called a "sticky"
Raoul the Frau Rauscher Mix sounds intriguing. We don't have sour cider here but I think I'll give it a try anyway
Well here's my professional cocktail taster and me trying the French 75 (without the lemon twist )
What a hit!!! Thankyou Matt - one I had never come across We've made some simple syrup and Yowsa yowsa. Had the neighbours round - French 75 a huge hit and then onto the Welsh Gardens - Great night

Rob, glad they were a hit. They make a really nice pre-dinner drink, especially in the summertime since they are nice and light.

Re: What's your favourite cocktail?
My favorite cocktail is the classic Long Island Ice Tea, but just tried a Fijian twist on it and am now a convert!
Demarau Island Iced Tea
Vodka
Dark Fijian Rum
Tequila
Cointreau
Khalua
Lemon Juice
Sugar Syrup
FYI, I'm having a great night on the above!
