Smoothing gun barrels

If you have an electric drill then try this. If your worried about damaging the plastic wrap it with paper towels . And don't tighten too much . Wrap the barrel with sandpaper and round it out . I guess a sanding stick will work also . If you want a very smooth finish wet sand it .

You can never tighten the chuck fully , so it will try to loosen on you , just stop and snug it down .
