I can't paint steady so

Post by Edmund Forsythe »

Physical therapy ? Well the hands shake and the shoulders hurts , but if pain was pleasure we would never get enough of it ! So I sit in front of the table , bored as hell and I took some plastic sheets and puttered around for a couple of days and came up with this . The airbrush is more forgiving than a paintbrush . Initially the painting started out real crappy , but as the paint filled in the gaps the results go better . So I don't think I remove the built up paint yet .It looks lousy but it works .

Can't go wrong with a Tiger :D

That self-made painting mask looks very impressive. I think I shoulf finally get a circle cutter for things like this.

I hope your shoulder gets well soon!

If you do make one , take into consideration the thickness of the plastic card you start with , go with the thinnest stock . It's a bear cutting out the plastic from my experience , but then it's reusable . And you can tailor the part to your hand , make it easy to hold . That's why all those little pieces acting as stiffeners . They were needed to help hold the mask .The Tigers wheels are that easy to identify ?

This time it actually worked out like I planned it that way , but the truth is I was not sure in the beginning . I should drink more coffee , it helps with the results .

Great JIG, results show for themselves, well done.
One must finish the current model before one builds the next or purchases more...... Said no modeller EVER.......
