Squared off cut Tube Edges

Post by Bryan Krueger »

Philipp mentioned having issue with obtaining square edges on cut tubing. This is a handy tool I use.

Some assembly required. It ships flat but snaps together. There is a reusable silicone sticky pad that adheres the sand paper to the support plate. Super easy to use and trues up the cut edges quickly. I got mine from HLJ ages ago but it doesn't show on their site.

Just ordered one. Looks much easier to use than my True Sander.

The link doesn't work anymore but I knocked up something to square edges and create accurate and repeatable angles, it's called a 'shooting board'.
Maybe useful for others?
