Re: Latest additions
Still not building and painting, much!
Just a little between the headaches the optivisor gives me!
Still trying to build a Breda, because I need to know if the Pz I's are just too small!
But I can still buy stuff!
And these maybe good enough for the 2 GB's for 2018#
Didn't we see a superb scenario with the L4500 Maultier with a massive piece of artillery from Dario Risso?
And even more Tigers
The Tiger stash, getting a little carried away, I think?
Time for more paracetamol for the damned headache?
Regards
Steve H

Re: Latest additions
Maybe there are some pills against Tigeritis as well? Just kidding - get well soon!
Here's the old feature by Dario Risso: http://plasticarmour.com/mercedes-benz- ... ak-43.html
I think I should update that
Edit: Done.

Couldn't resist, this kit has been around since I was a kid (produced 1975) but should still build into a nice representation...and the price was right (NZ$25)

Nice haul Adam. I can thoroughly recommend the book. Lots of great ideas to try in there.

Oh where could I find a copy of this book? Been looking for references for uniforms during Normandy.Philipp Gross wrote: ↑27 Dec 2017, 01:07
Thanks Philipp
With way too many figures to paint it was time to expand my reference collection a little....

Got mine from Amazon. Quite possibly there's an English version around as well since this was originally published in Spanish. It's a decent overview but slightly disorganized in structure, there might be better books out there.

Re: Latest additions
Rather unexpectedly came across this at the not-so-LHS, with 50% off:
Not yet sure what I'm going to do with it (except building it ), suggestions are welcome
(No, that's not the equally unexpected Spanish Inquision on the newspaper)

I guess you are at the same place as we will all be, eventually, its a support vehicle and not usually the main star of the show
What next, as we have, by public vote, put the support vehicle on a pedestal
A Vincent rusted wreak, A Dario artillery, AT mover, a 1945 escape vehicle, a post war civilian usage?
So many options and so little time, only 11 months and 12 days to go
