Did you modify the figures or are they a standard set? Masterbox has a series of these kinds of poses.

Did I read that correctly? Did you sculpt the whole base?

From memeory, the figures were pretty much OOTB with a little sculpting here and there.

Yes, the base was scratch built....

The cracks in air-dry clay can work to your advantage. But did you do anything special to prevent cracking at the sidewalk? It's an excellent sculpt there.
