Since MA went down I've worked on two builds, some of you will have already seen the pics on Facebook but I'll post some here.
First the BM21 Grad from Trumpeter.
Built out of box with the exception of resin wheels from ET Models. The set I had the front wheels have been cast wrong, the steering rods won't fit as they are. Painted in Ammo from Mig Khaki Green, weathered using AK Nato Wash, dark earth and earth effects mixed with plaster.
Almost finished is the M1078 LMTV also from Trumpeter.
Built with ET Models PE and Real models resin wheels. I cherry picked the ET set as most of it just didn't seem worth the bother. The wheels are all the same, the front ones do not fit as they are, holes need drilling in the backs to allow them to be assembled to the model. Minus points go to the cab, no opening doors, very little detail on the inside of the cab and the ET set adds nothing. Plus side, postionable steering OOB, overall a nice build.

Re: Last two builds
Cheers guys.
The LMTV is more or less finished now, just needs the wing mirrors painting.
Rather than go for mud as I did on the BM21 I thought I would try and go for the look of something that has been driving around the range roads of Grafenwöhr for a week or so.

Very nice Chris!
I really like the weathering, the inside of the LMTV is spot on It's a shame Trumpeter didn't spend some time doing the inside of the cab.
The BM21 is great, it's got the Russian looks, tough, rugged and go anywhere!
