If you can do that kind of work to a model a base should be no problem.

Thanks Philipp. My initial thought was of a man with a broom looking pensively at the Admiral. That was the reason for the dusty bit of concrete in the left hand corner. Then I found a US Tanker who looked promising then a Russian Officer that would fit the bill. I like your idea of children playing though. As you can see, I'm not locked into anything at the moment.
