Welcome back
I had a bit of an artistic blockade when it came to painting the road and fountain. I now ended up with this, with more weathering to be added:
Another mildly terrifying step was adding water to the fountain, I just hope I can get the clear plastic off again I've ordered water effects gel from Vallejo to add some splashes and waves to the top layer. Until then I need to build up a very thin layer each day and wait for it to fully dry before adding the next.
