Hi all, long time no post! It's been a busy beginning to the year and the cold weather is starting to warm up for airbrushing out in the Garage of Doom.
I'm working the cobwebs out with this one first. I applied a black base coat, then a freehand mottled white over that. The color coat is AK real color 4BO mixed with a little Allclad Clear. I'm still planning a Moscow pattern white wash so I didn't have to be perfect with the base coat. I really like the look of solid green but I have so many solid green Soviet tanks in the queue. Detail painting is next.

It's looking great. It's nearly a shame to hide the base coat under a whitewash.

+1 on the finish. Maybe just one more T-34 in boring standard green?

The mottled white under the green really stands out. I like it.
