Re: Tamiya Somua S35
Thanks Philipp! Yes, if you would be so kind, that would be great. I'd post more images but I'm submitting this to a mag.
Color wise- I did a black and white version of the first image with the Tankograd. The tonal value of the model to the front photo is almost identical.

Will do, thanks Bryan! If you want anything else published, let me know
Another question, do you use a lightbox for photography? I've considered getting one.

Re: Tamiya Somua S35
No light box. A piece of poster board, a bank of 6 bare fluorescent bulbs (one with a bad ballast), and 3 pieces of white foam core to bounce the light and diffuse the shadows. I adjust Levels and Sharpness in Photoshop plus clean up any stray scuff marks on the poster board.

Re: Tamiya Somua S35
Sounds like it does just the same as a lightbox. Thanks!

Essentially yes.
Someone on a Russian langue forum posted this image for me.

Kinda looks like an 80's rock album cover
The pattern of mud splatters on the suspension covering is interesting...

Re: Tamiya Somua S35
There are some very interesting patterns in the book that if you tried to replicate would look fake on the model.
