While the AFV Club Aircraft .50 is nice....the mount is not. No idea how they thought these two could fit together. That white is a strip of .20x.40 styrene. I really thought I may have been doing something wrong but I cannot imagine what. The cradle holds the .50 just fine. I attempted to sand the insides of the mounts but was afraid it would get too thin so I ended up gluing it in place and this is not the attempt to fix it. If this fails, I might be able to shave the barrel off and attach it to a Dragon or Tasca .50 I have in my spares.

Calling her done. A month late so was no longer concerned about complete authenticity.

Great work. Looks as good as the one in the movie.
I watched the movie on the weekend, enjoyed it again, the tigers always make me cringe though.

Great job Mark, looks spot on to me!

And yes Michael - the tiger is hugely cringe worthy, to me not really because of WHAT it is but because... it's... light grey.... I mean COME ON! Light grey? really? Granted, it shouldn't be grey to begin with but that's a war film trope all on it's own, but not even Panzer grey... :|

Best regards
