Merrily jumping between builds on random whims.....have some wheels:
A little battle damage this time. Thankfully Rye Field provides optional parts for this.

Was wondering if we needed to call in whomever investigates "Divine Interventions" now-a-days?

Took me long enough but all the tool brackets on the hull are now added:
As you can see most are empty, to reinforce the battered look of this kitten.
The last time I had some paint in the airbrush I did a little overspray to get an idea how the Zimmerit would look once painted. It's a little flatter than I anticipated but it might yet look good with a nice wash:
All that's left now are the track cable brackets, a few other minor bits and of course the tracks themselves, then I can start painting properly.

It looks amazing Philipp. All that detail will really pop when you start painting.

Thanks Vincent! I'm fairly happy with it so far, though I might try a rougher texture next time.
Track cable brackets are on, I might yet add the cable itself, then we're ready for primer I guess:
Unless I do the tracks first, that is

Still no tracks but a track cable:
Besides the Eduard photoetch brackets I used the kit's cable ends and 0.5mm copper wire by Schatton. They sell it by the metre, which is a lot cheaper than the prefabricated cable sets by Eureka XXL which I used on my last Tiger.
This will most likely be my last update until early June. I probably should post an explanation....

Evening gents,
as you can see from the slightly enlarged title of this thread I decided to put everything together for the sake of convenience and order (Germans love Ordnung! ).
I've finally managed to continue work on this and gave the Sherman a base coat of Chaos Black:
I need to triple-check the Tiger and if everything's in place I can give it a base coat as well and finally start painting.
