Edmund, it was our Mr. John Everett that built the one on MA.

John did build one and I built the same thing about 4-5 years ago when I got into the hobby. Its no joke I accidently touch my hand on three separate occasions and it hurts like a B**** just about knocking you on your a**. If anyone does not believe me build one and touch it. Like Vinnie said I will not be liable if anyone does.Justin Wooding wrote:Edmund, it was our Mr. John Everett that built the one on MA.

Using Photo Mat adhesive I sprayed it on various places over the first layer of grass. Then I applied lighter tones of grass to those areas that were sprayed with the adhesive.
Here is a teaser shot of the shrubs. Thats it for today.

Hi Shawn
Your ground work is excellent, It is just a good as the Model Scene mats I have bought
I have even looked at getting a static grass dispenser too.
The 2nd layer with the longer dryer grass has really picked it up and the bushes around the dead tree are really effective.
I have started to harvest the silver birch seeds from the trees in my garden for scale leaves at some point in the future.
I have to say Shawn what with your figure painting and your bases, you really are on a roll at the moment
Excellent work

Couldn't agree more. The results you get, especially with your figures, is sublimeSteve Hutchinson wrote: I have to say Shawn what with your figure painting and your bases, you really are on a roll at the moment

Thanks for the kind comments as always guys. Still lots and lots more things to do. There are lots more bushes going in. What you see there may not even 1/4 of the amount I will have when all is said and done.
Things will slow now with the GB starting but I will still be working on this as well.
Painting the tent will take a very long time. Waiting for the colors to arrive.

Since it was still on the bench I went ahead and added more shrubs. Well this is all the shrubs I had made up so it looks like I will be making somemore.
