Re: Lanchester Armoured Car CSM 1/35
Nice start -- those spokes look very delicate!

Re: Clearing my Shelf of Shame (Armour Edition)
Decided to go for this fella:
35051 WW2 US Tank Crew #1
But it looks like it will be a while before he's in stock anywhere so this little detail will have to wait.
I did buy a cheap picture frame yesterday so I can start working on the scenic base.

Looks lovely, but I don't envy you the detail painting on this!

Re: Clearing my Shelf of Shame (Armour Edition)
Hi Philipp, Jan, many thanks! I had trawled through Scalemates and spotted the pair Jan flagged and thought the right-hand bloke would be fine, but Philipp's tommy gun is not bad.
I'll see if I can source one of these out of the UK somewhere.

Re: Clearing my Shelf of Shame (Armour Edition)
Hi Philipp, I'm looking for a US tanker / Infantry wearing somthing for early summer and in a relaxed pose. Doesn't have to be historically accurate but at the same time not too far away from what could have been!
Cheers,
Ian

Re: Clearing my Shelf of Shame (Armour Edition)
So it transpires I've temporarily lost my modelling area to my daughter's school art project. Hopefully she'll be done with the space by the weekend! In the meantime here is where I'm at with Italeri's M4A1 Sherman: http://www.newedenlibrary.net/models/blogs/italeri-m4a1/italeri-m4a1-001.jpg http://...

Hi Adam, thanks for the support! I will get to the Boxer -- but have some other things to finish (and maybe start!) first.

Re: It’s been quite a while...
Hi Steve, I'm actually quite enthused about some of my stalled builds and I'm looking forward to picking them up. That said, there are several items on the shelf that may just end up in the bin... I can spot at least three of them!

Re: Latest additions
Nice picture Philipp! I've mostly been good on the purchase front while I've not been building, but I have slipped a bit in the past month or so and these bits are now resting in the stash... http://www.newedenlibrary.net/models/misc/stash-20180323-01.jpg http://www.newedenlibrary.net/models/misc/st...
