Re: Panzer III Marathon
Oh yes, I was especially irritated by the gratings. They don't look bad when viewed with the rest, but they are far poorer than the current ones I have used from Eduard. Still better than none, and maybe it's just that I don't want to waste the whole set, still looks better than the OOTB alternative...

Re: Model of Month ideas
I concur with the sentiments already articulated here. Prices are nice but that's not what it is about or what it was about. I suppose we all have stashes that quite honestly will probably last a while, maybe longer, so it's not really the need to have new models that drives us  . It's probably...

Especially the little details! It would be awesome already without those, but they bring it to life!

Re: Panzer III Marathon
Thanks Dario and welcome back to this project ;) ! I thought I might post the two IIIs that already emerged from this project, continuity and all that: Tamiya III N=> http://i726.photobucket.com/albums/ww262/raoul_kunz/DSCN1338_zps6463d2d6.jpg And the old Dragon Imperial series IIIE I bought from Vi...

Hello from Karben...next to Frankfurt
I thought maybe we should introduce us again, there may be new members coming eventually and I thought it would be a nice restart (mind you I thought of this only once I saw Steve's post :!: ) So who am I and what do I do? I'm a student of English and History, aiming to be a teacher of those subject...

Re: Latest additions
I have to concur: The little Darren references are a really nice touch! Let's use this as he intended=> This IVD Tauchpanzer was the last item I bought from Vinnie and before I could post it everything went southward. http://i726.photobucket.com/albums/ww262/raoul_kunz/New%20site/DSCN2688_zps3746dc0...

Re: Panzer III Marathon
Thanks Steve!
The StuGs will return once I get annoyed by the IIIs. Usually this leads to a round of Tigers or something altogether different and then back to the "standards" id est StuGs, IIIs, IVs .
