So, less than 3 days before the next group build starts. Cleared my bench of the T-55 AMV build (now complete final photos to come) before heading away. Back home on the 1st and will be sans family as I'm on call. If it's quiet I should get a running start!

Fine Scale Modeller has a review of this kit in this months issue. Very similar comments to yours Raoul, an excellent kit but very fiddly and not for a beginner!

This year I told them I would buy my own gifts and they could wrap 'em. Not really in the spirit of Christm...

It has "self propelled" and "gun" in the title, it therefore qualifies for our next group build Vincent! I've looked at this kit several times and almost clicked purchase. I've always liked tanks like this that have been adapted as "expedient" measures!

The (what I assume to be) mine clearing vehicle in the last photo based on what appears to be an M60 chassis would make an interesting build.

Happy Xmas to you all. Weathers warming up here in NZ, off to Lake Wanaka in the South Island for some summer relaxation this weekend. Asked everyone to buy me kits for Xmas so should be well stocked for next year!

I would have put one in the turret Shawn, but after my first attempt I was less than pleased. He looked Psychotic! I'm working on it however.
