It's not balsa foam, it's foam insulation.
I didn't take any in progress photos but I have some of the other projects on my phone. I will try and get the time to post them.

They took just over a week and a half but the replacement cylinders are here now Unfortunately with the kids away for the two week half term I am trying to get our bedroom redecorated, this week while still working, liuckily next week I have holiday.

Our club attended the absolutely amazing Scale Model Challenge at the weekend.
