T34 American Heavy Tank
I was very interested in this Takom kit when it came out a few years ago. I had a gift card to a LHS and bought it earlier this year and started into it right away but it became an off and on project while I work on other stuff. You've probably seen Nightshift's T29 project. We started about the same time with the same general battle used vision of the model so his videos were really helpful on this without being an exact copy. I'm trying to decide on a scheme though... either solid OD, OD with dark green camo, or a unique three tone scheme.
There is a lot of little PE still left to deal with for the tow cable and pioneer tools.

Great build Bryan. Even without any reference for the size, it does look huge.
I guess the OD would be boring. Any of the two other camouflages should be great.

Wow, how did I miss that?
The American superheavies are a fascinating subject matter and I'm glad we finally have some kits. I followed Mr. Nightshifts build and I'm more than happy to see your take on it

Re: T34 American Heavy Tank
Thanks all. I have some paint applied. AK Real Colors OD and Faded OD were used. Then lighter coats of Faded OD mixed with Tamiya Buff were applied.
I have a few hours in on the paint scheme so far (difficult to tell now ) and not really interested in covering 2/3s of it up with a camo scheme. I'll give it a few more months and see how I feel.
